1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement with Bush Baby Calls Safari Adventures (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of the Website

This website is an information and enquiry platform only.

  • No bookings or payments are processed through the website
  • All safaris are confirmed via direct communication (email, WhatsApp, or phone)
  • Final bookings are subject to a separate booking agreement and invoice.

3. Safari Enquiries

When submitting an enquiry:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • We will respond personally, typically within two hours during business hours
  • Any itinerary or pricing provided is indicative until formally confirmed

Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a booking.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are handled offline and subject to separate confirmation terms.

Typically:

  • A deposit is required to secure a booking
  • The balance is due prior to arrival
  • Payment details will be provided via official communication channels

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change due to:
    • Park fee adjustments
    • Fuel costs
    • Government levies
    • Currency fluctuations
  • Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

6. Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for:

  • Valid passports and visas
  • Travel insurance (compulsory)
  • Vaccinations or health requirements
  • Compliance with Botswana travel regulations

We are not liable for travel disruptions outside our control.

7. Safari Experience & Risk

Safari travel involves inherent risks.

By travelling with us, you acknowledge:

  • Wildlife is unpredictable
  • Activities such as game drives, walking safaris, and mokoro excursions carry risk
  • You participate at your own risk

All safaris are conducted by licensed, experienced guides.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bushbaby Calls is not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, or damage during travel
  • Delays caused by weather, wildlife, or third parties
  • Acts of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Your safari may include third-party services (e.g. transfers, flights).

We:

  • Select reputable providers
  • Are not responsible for their independent actions or failures.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

All content remains the intellectual property of Bushbaby Calls.

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy, however:

  • Safari conditions, wildlife sightings, and availability may vary
